Berry Blast Kefir Smoothie

Overview:

Kefir is creamy, tangy, and gut-friendly food with even more probiotics than yogurt.  Add your favorite berries and nut butter and you have a healthy, smooth, and satisfying afternoon snack or on-the-go breakfast.

Makes one serving.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain kefir
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup water or fruit juice

Preparation:

Put all ingredients into a blender and puree. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
