Dian is a seasoned nonprofit leader with over 38 years of experience in nonprofit management and leadership, training, facilitation, mentoring, coaching, and teaching in higher education. She has a lifelong commitment to learning and is dedicated to preserving social justice, democracy, and basic human rights, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and ensuring access to holistic healthcare. Dian is a community activist and has served on and continues to serve on the board of multiple nonprofit organizations.
