Perfect Farro

Ingredients

1.5 cups dry farro
5 cups water or vegetable broth
1.5 tsp salt for water

Instructions

  1. Bring salted water to boil.
  2. Add farro and simmer about 20 minutes till tender, but not too soft.
  3. Strain out excess water.
