Ingredients:
- 3 Cups old fashioned oats
- 1/2 Cup sunflower butter
- 1/2 Cup honey
- 1 Cup dried strawberries
Options: Other butters, like peanut butter or almond butter, may be substituted.
Preparation:
Using a small cutting board, chop dried strawberries into small pieces. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and stir until well combined. Using a cookie scooper or spoon roll enough of the mixture to make a 1″ ball.
Chill in the refrigerator in a sealed container. May be frozen or stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
