April is a wellness advocate, health practitioner, and owner of IMN Wellness and the Herbal Releaf Apothecary. Her PhD in Natural Health Sciences, BA in Sociology with a Minor in Nutrition in addition to several other certifications provides a significant knowledge base for Culinary Angels' nutrition education mission. She has worked in public service and consulting in various ways. When originally introduced to Culinary Angels' purpose she instantly became excited about the mission and potential of the organization.
