We invite you to take a look and then try one of our easy, step by step recipes highlighting local, seasonal, unrefined and organic ingredients which are at the core of our meal preparation.
The recipes we create and prepare for our recipient community are nutrient-dense, plant strong and mindful recipes that anyone can prepare in their home kitchen. We have also provided the nutritional qualities of the ingredients used, along with ideas for ingredient substitutions and fun garnishes to sprinkle on top.
We are committed to adding new recipes on a monthly basis, which promise to have the same healthy, delicious and sharable qualities.
