Welcome new Executive Director – Mansoor Sakhiy

Dear Culinary Angels Community,

I am very happy to announce the hiring of our new Executive Director, Mansoor Sakhiy. Mansoor brings over 16 years of non-profit leadership experience, strategic planning, innovative fundraising, and leading marketing teams for humanitarian causes, with a commitment to social change and sustainable development to our organization. He has been dedicated to the international relief non-profit sector, most recently with Orphans In Need out of Dublin, CA which saw significant growth under his leadership.

“I am incredibly honored to join Culinary Angels as the new Executive Director. The mission of providing nourishing meals to those facing a cancer challenge deeply resonates with me. I’m excited to work alongside such a dedicated staff, volunteers, and board members who have been instrumental in driving this impactful mission forward. A special thank you to Lisa for her vision and leadership in building such an amazing organization, and I look forward to continuing her legacy.”

Most of you know that Lisa announced she was stepping down from her role as Executive Director stating, “we are in a perfect position to be taken to the next level of growth and be able to provide greater impact to those in need. It’s an incredible opportunity and I am looking forward to working with Mansoor and transitioning him to this exciting new role,” McNaney said.

The board is thrilled that Mansoor has joined Culinary Angels for all the experience and expertise he brings with him. We are looking forward to working with him as he guides the organization into the future. We are also extremely grateful to Lisa McNaney for her vision, dedication, and the leadership of Culinary Angels, and for all the growth of the organization since it’s founding. Lisa will be missed by all.
