Ingredients:

1 cup plain kefir

1 cup frozen berries

1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter

1/2 cup frozen spinach

1/2 cup water or fruit juice

Preparation:

Put all ingredients into a blender and puree. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
